The Role
Guildhall is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR management within the retail industry in the UAE. This position requires fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English to support a diverse team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment, training, and employee development to ensure effective team operations. - Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts and issues. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. - Analyze and optimize HR processes to enhance overall organizational efficiency. - Provide advice on employee benefits, performance management, and career development. - Collaborate with management to support strategic goals and cultural development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the UAE or the Middle East. - Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to effectively engage with team members from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
