Job Description

Job Title: HSE Officer

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess potential hazards and risks on project sites, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
  • Perform safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports with corrective and preventive measures.
  • Maintain updated records of safety inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, including local laws and international standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to create a culture of safety across all levels.
  • Act as a point of contact for HSE-related queries, providing expert advice and support as needed.
  • Promote environmental sustainability practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • Engineering graduate with a valid NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years in managing Health, Safety, and Environmental concerns at project sites.
  • In-depth understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to enforce safety protocols effectively.
  • Familiarity with the latest HSE technologies and practices is a plus.
