Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: Depends Upon Experience

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies.
  
• Conducting risk assessments and site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  
• Developing and enforcing safety procedures and emergency response plans.
  
• Investigating workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and providing corrective actions.
  
• Conducting HSE training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
  
• Ensuring compliance with local and international health and safety regulations.
  
• Maintaining records of safety reports, audits, and inspections.
  
• Coordinating with management and stakeholders to improve workplace safety.
  
• Identifying potential hazards and implementing preventive measures.
  
• Promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
  
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis.
  
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
  
• Strong communication and training abilities.
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in high-risk environments.
  
• Proficiency in using HSE management systems and software.
