Key Responsibilities:Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to reduce accidents and hazardous situations in the workplace.Establish and maintain the organization's emergency response and crisis management procedures.Oversee environmental programs to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and minimize the company's environmental impact.Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote its usage among employees.Regulatory Compliance:Stay up-to-date with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.Ensure all necessary certifications and permits for safety and environmental compliance are up-to-date.Lead audits and inspections, ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory standards.Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
