HSE Field Inspector

Reporting directly to the Sr. HSEQ Engineer, the incumbent is responsible for providing and arranging specialist HSEQ training to the field staff in RBU as requested by the Sr. HSEQ Engineer. He/ She would be responsible to conduct HSEQ inspections on regular basis as per planned schedule set by the Sr. HSEQ Engineer, apart from supporting the HSEQ Engineer RBU in all administration issues as & when required.
1)Provide different HSEQ trainings to the field staff in the RBU
2)Conduct HSEQ inspections for Retail & Autopro Sites & staff accommodations periodically and provide feedback to the Sr. HSEQ Engineer accordingly.
3)Support the RBU team in conducting any programs to improve the safety culture through public safety campaigns or any other activities.
4)Support in providing and collecting information related to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a monthly basis.
5)Support in sharing lessons learned from previous incidents through the different training programs.
6)Support in developing an annual Training Calendar/ Plan for the Retail & Autopro staff and track the delivery of such training as per the planned schedule.
7)Support in conducting periodic emergency drills and keep relevant records of the same.
8)Maintain proper documentation system of all above activities.
9)Support in implementing the Integrated Management System IMS within the RBU different streams in coordination with EPPCO QA Department.
Education: Diploma degree as a minimum in any discipline.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Retail field operations of which at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Retail Sites Operations.
Behavioural & Functional Competencies: Good communication and presentation skills are required. Knowledge of Office Automation products (MS XL, Word, & PowerPoint) is required.
