Job Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting: Collating and organizing all MCA-related data and information
Conducting data extraction and review to ensure accuracy and completeness
Updating presentation materials (e.g., ppt templates) as needed
Process Coordination and Support:
Tracking progress on improvement actions and following up with relevant entities to ensure target dates are met
Booking meetings, taking minutes, and managing logistics for the HSSE Network meetings , regional meetings and QHSSE annual review committee
Coordinating the planning and execution of campaign meetings and events
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serving as a central point of contact for MCA-related inquiries and requests
Facilitating communication and collaboration between the MCA team and various internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring the GreenHub Nexus data reported by all entities is accurate and up-to-date
Qualification & Experience
NEBOSH or equivalent HSSE Diploma ISO 14OOO1 / ISO 45001 2- 3 years experience in safety & environment
