Required Skills
· Have Strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
· Able to lead a team of HSE Personnel Such as HSE Officers, hygiene officers etc.
· Sound understanding of HSE Management System and HSE Legislative requirements.
· Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
· Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
· Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
· Ability to implement practical H2S control measures.
· Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections
· Ability to investigate incident, identify immediate and root causes.
· Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills.
