Black & Grey HR is hiring an HSE Associate for a diversified group of companies that deliver world-class technological products and services across multiple industries. Our client is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented HSE Associate with the expertise and certification to support safe practices and promote a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures
- Provide training sessions on HSE protocols, emergency response, and risk management to employees across various departments
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility
Requirements- Certifications in HSE, such as IOSH or NEBOSH, are required
- Specialization in any of the following areas is preferred: IT, Finance, Audit, Customer Service, Sales, or Accounts
- 1-3 years of experience in an HSE role or a related field
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, safety standards, and risk management practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct clear and effective training sessions
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety risks
- Must be a UAE National with a family book.
