We are seeking a talented HR Systems Specialist to enhance our People and Performance department. In this key role, you will implement and optimize our HRMS system, working closely with various P&P sections and the Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Operations: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by processing information into the HRIS system and implementing process improvements.
- System Support: Maintain system workflows, assist in troubleshooting HRMS systems, and communicate updates to end-users.
- Project Involvement: Participate in testing and documenting new functionalities and system enhancements.
- Data Management: Respond to help desk inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct HRMS training for users and maintain updated training materials and documentation.
Shared Activities:
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistency and control.
- Uphold organizational values and ethics, contributing to a value-driven culture.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Communication and Business Relationships:
- Internal: Collaborate with relevant DCT sectors and departments.
- External: Engage with consultancy firms, freelancers, service providers, and relevant government entities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources Management, Information Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in HR (AIHR, SHRM, STA) is preferred; SAP Certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years in HR/P&P Systems Development or similar roles.
- Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Skills:
- Expertise in configuring career development modules and talent assessment processes.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and experience with job profile builders.
- Ability to manage succession planning, talent reviews, and learning management systems.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
