Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the human
resources planning / plan of the business sector (Sales, Functions)
Be responsible for the human
resources base work of the business sector (Sales and Functions)
Assist in the implementation of
human resources policies, systems and key projects in the business sector
Be responsible for the
organization optimization, organize the review and revision work of
the organization, R&R and job description
Be responsible for regular talent
inventory, lead to carry out vacancy position management, key positions
succession plans, management promotion / transfer and other staff development
related work
Assist in the HR related work
such as recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits,
performance, etc.
Job Requirements:
Degree (Bachelor level) in
Economics and management or related
Proficiency in both written and
spoken English communication
Candidates fluent in
Chinese/Mandarin dialect are preferred.
