Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:


  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with Emiratization initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.

Employee Relations:


  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and well-being within the organization.

HR Operations:


  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and other administrative HR tasks.

Training & Development:


  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Support leadership in career development planning for Emirati employees.

Performance Management:


  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and training to managers and employees.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and tracking performance outcomes.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:


  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, organizational policies, and government regulations.
  • Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Nationality: UAE National (Emiratization priority).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within government or semi-government organizations.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
