Role Responsibilities:
Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR Management System (HRMS).
Liaise with government agencies on labor-related matters (e.g., GOSI, QIWA).
Maintain a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Role Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
