Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to employee data, performance metrics, recruitment, turnover, compensation, benefits, and other HR metrics.
- Create visual dashboards and reports to present trends and insights.
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve HR policies and practices.
Operations Assistance:
- Assist with day-to-day HR admin tasks.
- Support in addressing employee queries related to process and policies of the group.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather information and feedback.
- Review organization structures and ensure Data Accuracy
- Facilitate, support and track employee engagement action plan implementation.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving HR processes through automation and better use of technology.
Compliance:
- Ensure that HR data practices comply with relevant labor laws, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), and internal policies.
- Maintain and update all document related to HR Governance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HR Systems, Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and other relevant software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting data findings to non-technical audiences.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or MIS
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an MIS, IT, or data analytics role, preferably within HR. Experience with HR is highly desirable.
