HR Specialist – Oil & Gas

Location: UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Develop HR strategies to support business goals in the sector.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
