The project: 


Works within the HR service delivery team, supporting MEA region and international colleagues. Provides timely and accurate Oracle administration and HR-coordinated transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle.


Provides a full HR admin service to employees, acting as a first point of HR enquiries and supports projects and initiatives as required.

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Line management and leadership of a small team of HR services and systems staff. 
  • Resource management: ensuring that sufficient and sufficiently trained staff are in place to deliver against the team objectives. 
  • The definition and continuous improvement of team processes, tools, templates and systems in support of execution of team objectives.
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with regional HRBPs, London based SME and COE and programme stakeholders located across MEA.
  • The silent delivery of key employee operational processes (probationary, exits etc). 
  • Ensuring the timely and fulsome response to MEA employee HR queries:
  • Guiding employees follow all policies and procedures.
  • Supervising all HR services activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.
  • High level understanding of relevant labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
  • Data and reporting:
  • Maintenance of people and systems data integrity - ensuring that employee documentation and data is fulsome, correct and meets HR and business requirements.
  • The design, build and ongoing production of a suite of operational and people reporting templates and dashboards
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

You’ll need to have:


  • Working in a fast-paced HR, operational or shared services environment.
  • Process design and implementation.
  • Design and delivery of desk instructions and training packages for junior members of staff.
  • Definition of data standards; execution of data validation or cleanup project - including employee records, payroll data, benefits information, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and oversee HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
  • Experience working with HR systems (such as success factors, Oracle). 
  • Experience of stakeholder and relationship management.
