Your Role:

As Recruiting Manager, you will:

  • Lead Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts for key roles across engineering, project management, construction, and quality control departments.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to Oil & Gas petrochemical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with department leaders to assess hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure Compliance: Align HR policies with local labor laws, HQ standards, and industry best practices.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in recruitment management, including 2+ years in Oil & Gas petrochemical recruitment and experience with Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering and EPC project talent requirements.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design and implement effective recruitment initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • HR Expertise: Familiarity with contracts, compensation structures, and employment laws.
