HR Recruiter - Physics Wallah gulf

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in building our talented team of professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to drive our mission forward. We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual who is enthusiastic about recruitment and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Draft and design job descriptions that effectively communicate the responsibilities and requirements of each position.
• Post job ads on various portals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits.
• Coordinate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide guidance and support to recruitment team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience in team management, including leading and motivating a recruitment team.
• Experience in recruitment across the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the education sector is a plus
