The HR Officer will be in charge of the administration matters of our employees and the contingent workers we hire on temporary basis. This includes:
- The management of the contingent workers timesheets and the coordination with the agencies for the mobilizations, demobilizations and invoicing
- The travel logistics of our On Site employees (visa, flight tickets, accommodation, transportation
- Preparation of the HR documentation such as, but not limited to employment contracts, amendments, mission orders, certificates
- Collection and verification of the timesheets and the expense claims of our On Site employees in order to prepare the monthly payroll variable data
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Participation on ongoing HR activities
Proven experience in HR administration
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organizational and time management skills
