Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Manpower planning and Process budget approvals for recruitment needs.
  • Use advanced recruitment tools and methods to screen and select candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials and performance reviews.
  • Coordinating with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating job fairs and preparing offer letters.
  • Prepare HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Conduct job analysis, assist in creating and updating job descriptions, and review Employee Handbooks annually.
  • Conduct probationary reviews and performance appraisals in collaboration with line managers.
  • Onboarding new employees, assisting, and conducting new hire orientation
  • Assist with day-to-day HR Operations & ensure that all employee records are up to date
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days) and ensure employees are satisfied in their work environment
  • Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information; and recommending courses of action
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Supporting the leadership of the operations in creating a positive work environment
  • Maintain, monitor attendance system and prepare monthly reports
  • Create, maintain, and support HR calendar activities

Requirements
  • Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in human resources Management.
  • Proven experience in HR management role, preferably in a professional services or employment agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll management, Time sheet a management, Proficiency in ERP System and UAE labor laws.
  • HR Certification and UAE Experience is mandatory
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
