About the job HR Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have experience in induction, onboarding, and administrative tasks, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves coordinating new hire processes, maintaining employee records, and providing general HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new employee inductions, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and manage onboarding schedules and materials.
- Assist new hires with completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate new hire training and integration.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Manage and organize HR documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Provide support in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on induction, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
