Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
Utilizing data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
