Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.Summarizes HR data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns to inform senior leaders and influence decision-making.Formulates feasible short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for performance metrics based on data insights and presents recommendations to management.Gather HR data from different sources, such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, and government labor statistics, and compile them into a comprehensive report.
