We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, and overseeing general HR operations to foster a productive and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Compensation and Benefits:
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies regarding payroll and benefits administration.
General HR Operations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Foster a positive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and development.
Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager IN A REAL ESTATE FIRM IS MANDATORY
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, compensation frameworks, and HR policies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
