As theProcess Excellence & Innovation Manager,you will design and develop HR process optimisation and employee experience initiatives, driving efforts that ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance and deliver a seamless employee journey, as well as lead the implementation of projects, ensuring innovative solutions are applied while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will take ownership of driving employee experience and process transformation efforts, ensuring they are effectively executed and aligned with business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Drive the innovation of HR processes in collaboration with HR teams, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement through data analysis, process reviews, stakeholder feedback, and employee experience insights.
- Embed employee experience considerations into every aspect of process reviews and innovation projects. Ensure that changes positively impact the employee journey, leveraging feedback to create seamless and engaging interactions throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and Systems teams to implement new technologies that enhance HR services. Ensure seamless integration of tools, troubleshoot issues, and drive innovation by staying updated on HR tech trends.
- Use data-driven insights from employee feedback, industry trends, and internal reviews to propose and implement process improvements and innovation. Benchmark HR processes against industry standards to ensure best-in-class performance and operational excellence.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new HR processes and systems. Engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and support process owners in driving smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with HR Governance and Compliance teams to ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements and legal standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, business units, and cross-functional teams to facilitate process alignment and successful initiative rollouts.
- Manage end-to-end projects focused on HR process improvements, from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and achievement of project objectives.
