Job Opportunity: HR Manager – Refreshment Industry (Abu Dhabi)

Adecco, on behalf of our client in the refreshment industry based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources Department.

About the Role:
This position will oversee HR operations for a workforce of over 140 employees and will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning the HR function with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee the recruitment process, onboarding programs, and employee retention initiatives.
• Performance Management: Drive performance appraisals and support employee development.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills.
• Employee Relations: Foster a culture of collaboration, address grievances, and maintain compliance with labor laws.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee rewards programs.
• Policy Development: Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a diverse workforce and drive organizational development initiatives.
