We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and optimize the HR functions for our entire group of companies. This role is pivotal in shaping and strengthening our HR department as we continue to grow and evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company and team objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for remote and onsite teams.
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Design and review compensation structures and oversee benefits and perks programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Champion employee engagement, well-being, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure smooth HR operations, including payroll, records, and leave management.
- Set and manage the HR budget to support strategic goals while ensuring efficient use of resources in recruitment, benefits, training, and other areas without compromising on quality and efficiency.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Manager or HR Lead.
- Industry Requirement: Candidates must have prior experience working in tech company(ies). Experience in international tech companies and managing remote and hybrid teams is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR software and tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and revamp HR teams, optimizing their performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and make data-driven decisions.
- Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor law, international employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing HR budgets and optimizing costs effectively.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
