Positive Work Environment:

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law is essential.

Requirements
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and decision support.
  • Experience working with IT and Technology companies is preferred.
