In this role, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, multicultural workplace culture and ensuring effective human resource management across the organization. Responsibilities include aligning with headquarters' culture, management practices, and HR policies, as well as meeting local compliance and legal requirements.

· Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist role within oil & gas engineering industry and manufacturing plant or related industry, focusing on the Middle East market.
