Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Conducting a full recruitment process: posting vacancies, interviewing candidates, evaluating their qualifications
- Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
- Assisting new hires with onboarding and integration into the team
2. Personnel document management:
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws in the execution of employment contracts
- Managing the process of obtaining work visas, health insurance, and other necessary paperwork for employees
- Updating and maintaining records of personnel, including employee files, vacation schedules, and reports
3. Interaction with employees:
- Providing guidance on UAE labor laws and company policies
- Regularly updating job descriptions based on changing roles and responsibilities
- Advising on the social benefits package
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Interaction with state and municipal authorities regarding employee registration.
- Preparation of regular human resources reports for management, including key indicators on hiring, staff turnover, and vacation days.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, including drafting and implementing company regulations and instructions.
- Higher education in human resources management, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR manager, preferably in the UAE or Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, including visa processing, contracts, and health insurance.
- Good command of English, with knowledge of Russian being an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
