Position Title:               HR Manager

Employment Type:       Full Time

Salary:                           up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A trusted Retail group, based in Dubai with known expansion in the Middle East Region.

 

Job Description:

  • Heavily involve with Conducting interviews and communicating with recruitment partner agencies
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
  • Implement performance appraisal systems while ensuring to improve KPI metrics, goals align with company objectives
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to plan for and monitor progress
  • Address current situation affecting performance issues and developing improvement plans

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Indian nationalities
  • Male, 35-45 years old
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • Atleast 8 years of experience as HR with proven track record in HR management
  • Must be able to lead a team in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Performance Appraisal
