  • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and verify performance evaluation records.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of appraisal data across HR systems.
  • Generate reports and insights from the appraisal data to support decision-making.
  • Support in streamlining data management processes for performance appraisals.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks related to talent management as required.


Requirements
  • Graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development.
