Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will bring your energetic and vibrant personality, becoming a key representative of the HR team. Your fresh ideas and distinctive voice will help enhance our brand story and elevate the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement: Organize engaging and creative internal events, competitions, and team-building exercises that align with our company culture.
  • Onboarding: Create memorable and branded onboarding experiences for new hires, incorporating your marketing flair into welcome kits, internal announcements, and first-day activities.
  • Social Media & Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to create fresh, fun content for Landmark Digital’s social media channels, highlighting company culture, events, and employee success stories.
  • Content Creation: Write captivating blog posts, internal newsletters, or social media columns that promote Landmark Digital’s mission and culture to both internal and external audiences.
  • Event Planning & Promotion: Support planning and promotion of both internal events and external employer branding initiatives, driving engagement across platforms.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and prior work experience in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a charismatic, outgoing personality and a flair for creativity.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Passion for HR, with an understanding of branding and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in social media management tools being a plus.
  • A strong understanding of HR functionalities with an ability to balance multiple tasks with strong organizational and time-management skills.
