Job Description

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website.
  • Screen resumes and applications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.


Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources and Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Capable of working well with others and collaborating effectively.
  4. Previous administrative experience, especially in HR or a similar role, is beneficial.
