Job Description
We have an interesting job opportunity with one of engineering clients, who are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
