As an HR Expert, you will be responsible for driving transformation and implementing human capital initiatives across a large scale organisation, with a strong focus on policy execution, learning and development (L&D), and enhancing human capital capabilities within the entity.

Description
Lead the execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring the implementation of new policies and critical human capital processes within the annual cycle.Design and deliver structured learning programs, workshops, and forums to uplift human capital skills and capabilities across government entities.Facilitate engagement with Centers of Excellence and external stakeholders to promote continuous learning and professional development.Monitor progress on human capital/workforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to timelines and quality standards.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organisational Development; a Master's degree or certifications (such as CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.At least 15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, with expertise in executing HR strategies across the human capital spectrum.Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D), including facilitating workshops and leading forums.Demonstrated success in managing large-scale HR transformation projects and implementing human capital policies.Strong organisational, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Collaborative, with the ability to build and nurture professional networks and communities.
