About the job HR Executive
Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:
Designing job descriptions and recruitment strategies.Interviewing and hiring candidates.Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
Employee Relations
Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve concerns.Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally.Promote and sustain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Training and Development
Organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills.Conduct training sessions on company policies, ethics, and workplace conduct.Support career growth initiatives and succession planning.
Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure full adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.Regularly update HR policies to reflect current standards and business goals.Maintain secure handling of employee records and sensitive data.
Performance Management
Design and implement appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvement plans.Recognize and reward high-performing employees through structured incentives.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.Research and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
