Job Description

  • Supports the people operations team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Good Understanding of UAE labour Laws
  • Business Partner with Business Unit Heads for day-to-day operations.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Talent Management, which includes onboarding and exit process.
  • Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.
  • Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
  • Manage timely and accurate monthly payroll.
  • Assist in the administration of the HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Assist in the monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's in Human Resources
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a HR role.
  • HR knowledge with a demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
