Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a versatile HR professional who can manage a wide range of human resources functions, ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, and contribute to our dynamic culture in the FinTech/RegTech/SaaS industry. The HR Executive will work closely with managers and employees to support our business goals and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s work visa requirements and providing orientation to integrate them into the company.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
- Assist in organising events and engagement activities to promote a strong team culture and boost employee morale.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation complies with UAE labour laws.
- Administer HRIS systems and handle HR-related data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, assisting managers with documentation and providing guidance on performance feedback.
- Help identify employee development needs and support the implementation of training programs.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with UAE labour laws, including managing employee visas and work permits.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in Dubai labour regulations and ensure HR policies are updated accordingly.
Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and organising workshops and development programs.
- Support career development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyse HR metrics to provide insights into recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key HR trends and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of HR experience, ideally within the FinTech, RegTech, or SaaS sectors in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws and HR practices is required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, CIPD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and basic data analysis.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR compliance standards.
