Job Opportunity: HR/Account Assistant


Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR and accounting? Join our dynamic team as an HR/Account Assistant!


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.


Handle payroll processing and assist with financial record-keeping.


Support in preparing reports, maintaining compliance with company policies, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.


Coordinate employee engagement activities and provide general administrative support.


Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.



Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.


Previous experience in HR or accounting roles is an advantage.


Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
