Job Description
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.Acts as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of new programs and initiatives.
