You'll act as a consultant to management, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR practices and policies.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Middle East and Turkey.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Middle East and Turkey.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.
