Reporting to the HR Manager and People Development Lead, your first role will be to support the operational activities for the 3 activities (Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry) and the Corporate Functions. You will also contribute to the Talent Development management and HR Global process for the Market ( Office and Retail population).


Impact you can create in the role 
 


Act as a trusted advisor, thought partner and sounding board to the managers to create and maintain strong relationships. The HRBP will actively accompany our Managers to help them maintain a strong, performant, and efficient organization. Ensuring the best talents are placed in the correct positions and focusing on the individual development of the teams is key. The HRBP will ensure and maintain a solid training plan for our People.


Your main responsibilities are :


 HR MANAGEMENT for all short-term contracts at the Office :


1/ Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:


  • Attract, Recruit, and Retain key talents in accordance with business needs keeping in mind the importance of both hard and soft skills, culture fit, and ensuring a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Create and maintain talent pools to maintain a proactive approach in terms of recruitment
  • Partner with Managers to advise on the recruitment process and the decision-making process to ensure we are hiring the best talent in the correct roles
  • Ensure a strong onboarding and follow-up with employees with a coach posture : Support them in their development
  • Animate and follow the Interns Community through events and support adapted
  • Identify internal talents

2/ Organization


  • Be the first point of contact for the teams and the managers within your population on all HR generalist topics
  • Coordinate with the HR Administration team for topics such as offer and contract preparation, letter preparation, HR induction for new joiners, and probation follow-up

LEARNING MANAGEMENT (Office & Retail population) :


  • Elaborate and manage the deployment of the Training Plan
  • Organize and follow-up the learning sessions (training,  coaching, masterclass, workshops, journey…)
  • Offer a great Learning experience with qualitative coaches and contents: manage feedback and training evaluation, and maintain a solid partnership with Coaches.
  • Keep looking for new local training providers in line with our business and people needs, and learning approach
  • Update the monthly training reporting and follow the budget dedicated

SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP


  • Implementation and coordination of partnerships and actions with schools – and universities in the Region: Organize Campus Days, career fairs and qualitative actions with target schools

And globally, you will participate in the development and implementation of major transversal HR Development programs for Office and Retail.

 Requirements


  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist and/or Talent management role within a fast-paced environment
  • Growth and Learning Mindset
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to new ways of working
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to maintain the correct balance between the needs of our business and our people
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
