Your role
The HR Business Partner is a proactive partner and strategic advisor to senior leaders in the Middle East sector within Global Wealth Management. Depending on the situation, you may be required to act as an advisor, specialist, process manager or coach.
Key Responsibilities
• Supports the senior HRBP in shaping the overall people strategy for the Middle East and is accountable for end-to-end delivery of HR solutions to the business
• Supports in addressing cultural and complex organizational problems in partnership with senior HRBP and business leaders
• Interfaces between business and specialist teams, and develops / maintains connections to internal and external stakeholders to deliver a service that fulfils business objectives
• Interfaces with HR Managers to ensure the delivery of HR strategic initiatives and solutions
Your team
You’ll be part of the GWM HRBP team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates supporting business leaders in Doha, Dubai, Geneva, Manama, Riyadh & Zurich
Your expertise
• ideally 8+ years of HR experience of which at least 3 years in a HRBP role
• previous exposure to wealth management area
• previous exposure to the Middle East
• excellent communicator, know how to relate to senior stakeholders
• ambassador of best practices and able to support good decision taking
• multitasker, well organized and able to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• great at presenting ideas, believing-in and selling important values
• knowledge and use of microsoft office especially excel
