Post job vacancies on job boards and social
media and assist with initial screening and scheduling of interviews
Prepare job offer and collect onboarding documents
required for issuance of employment visa
Liaise with the PRO team for processing of
employment visa, completion of medical check-up, Tawjeeh training, and MOL
contract
Support with onboarding of new employee
orientation, and logistics and serve as a point of contact for all new joiner
queries
Record Keeping
Compile and update up-to-date employee records
both digital and hard copies, including but not limited to personal information
and employment records (Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations,
Benefits, Performance Evaluations, etc.)
Conduct regular audits to ensure all required
documents are collected and filled appropriately
Support with the exit process and ensure all
documentations are completed on or before the last working day of the
employees
Maintain integrity and strict confidentiality
of the records handled
Benefits Administration
Assist in payroll preparation by providing
relevant data to the HR Officer (absences, leaves, etc).
Ensure completion of benefits enrolment and
deletion
Update compensation-related documents like
leave and air ticket trackers are updated on a regular frequency to ensure
accuracy
Assist in performing tasks like reconciliation
and filing of payroll/benefits-related documents for documentation and audits
HR Operations
Provide clerical and administrative support to subordinates
in the HR team and assist with day-to-day operations
Act as the first point of contact for employees
on HR-related queries and grievances
Maintain a record of all the queries and
grievances attended and escalate wherever required to ensure timely resolution
Support with all employee relation cases.
Coordinate with the employee, supervisors, and HR representative to schedule
meetings and complete documentation
Coordinate with external vendors whenever
required to ensure admin-related tasks and requirements are completed on time
Learning and Development
Coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure mandatory, refresher and QHSE training and orientation
sessions are completed as per the calendar and schedule
Maintain accurate records of all training
sessions and certificates
Support with logistical requirements for all
training sessions

Graduate or current student with Human Resources related degree
