As a Human Resource Assistant, you will support the HR team in various recruitment and on-boarding activities while contributing to employee development and administrative functions.

Screen resumes and assist in the recruitment process.Schedule interviews and conduct initial candidate assessments.Support on-boarding and orientation activities for new hires.Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.Organise training sessions and employee development programs.Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and managing correspondence.


Profile
Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Upto 2 years of experience in the field. Understanding of engineering or maritime sectors is beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
