Job Description
The job holder will be required to perform the below responsibilities:
- Manages the employment lifecycle, but not limited to, recruitment (End to End), performance management and talent development
- Manages exit interviews, discusses internal and company’s issues and provides statistics to HR department.
- Liaises with line departments to support training initiatives; coordinates internally within HR to ensure adherence to related policies.
- Manages the outsource employees time sheets and leave management.
- Applies and reviews policies and procedures with respect to corporate guidelines and in line with regional best practices and the UAE labor law.
- Participates in the workforce planning process to identify skills, requirements, and appropriate staffing needs for both the short and long term.
- Provides coaching and/or advice to line departments functionaries to ensure employees motivation and engagement through the application of the company’s policies and adherence to HR values; activities include support during the performance appraisal process, employees grievance management, training and development initiatives and other similar activities.
- Assists line managers and staff by interpreting and providing clarity to understand HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Participates, coaches and supports managers with leadership assessments, advises appropriate training for leaders.
- Interacts with line departments to provide advice for employee’s grievance management.
- Works with the management in resolution of disciplinary issues.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Desired:
- Certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) or related post-graduate qualifications.
Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:
Minimum:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee data.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Desired:
- Familiarity with HR/ATS software.
- Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration.
Desired:
- 5-8 years of HR experience in IT services, managed services, or technology industries.
