Job Description
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR.
- Proficient user in MS Office 365.
- To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience administering and renewing staff insurance in UAE. If you also have experience administering staff insurances on an international level, it is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience working with succession planning and administering the same is required.
- A good understanding of job descriptions.
- Experience working with HR administration in an international company will be considered a plus.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team at GAC. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative HR tasks. Most of the tasks are cyclical and will recure monthly, quarterly or yearly. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administration of staff insurance in UAE, Middle East and a smaller population under a Rest-of-the-World plan. This will include renewal administration, member additions and deletions, supporting members with claims, and administering invoices.
- Employment administration in our HR Information System.
- Extensive involvement and administration of succession planning.
- Gathering and analysing data and preparing reports of various sorts.
- Reviewing and advising on job descriptions (JD).
- Providing supporting documentation on internal recharges and Service Level Agreement.
