Job Description

HR Administrator will support the HR team in managing day-to-day administrative HR functions, ensuring smooth operation of HR processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting the execution of HR programs and initiatives.

      Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee related all documents (offer letter, personal documents, visa, performance and disciplinary etc.) both hard copy and soft copy in One Drive
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and personal information.

 Recruitment and Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork and are properly inducted into the company culture and processes.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation sessions.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Prepare monthly payroll processing file by gathering and verifying employee time and attendance records through HRIS & process the payroll in Orion
  • Monitor the attendance and leave for employees and ensure necessary action plan is implemented on a weekly basis
  • Processing of sales team Incentive file for the release of commission (Monthly & Yearly)
  • Ensure employee Medical Insurance, ticket allowance etc are renewed and updated in the system
  • Respond to payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees.

 Training and Development:

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation.
  • Help with performance management processes, including scheduling performance reviews

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure all the documents (Trade License, Establishment card, AMC, Pest Control, Fire & Safety) related to the stores are renewed and updated in both HRIS & One Drive
  • Evaluate the incident report submitted by the team and take the necessary action plan on a weekly basis
  • Support the HR team with audits and other compliance-related activities.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist HR with resolving employee relations issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain communication with employees, aiding on HR-related matters and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
