Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring a HR Admin for a leading automotive dealership in Dubai, UAE. This role is crucial for someone with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of HR management systems. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for enhancing the HR functions ensuring the efficient management of HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee administrative HR responsibilities, ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labor laws.

- Manage contracts and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain meticulous HR records.

- Generate reports on HR metrics to aid in decision-making processes.

- Collaborate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.

Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies- Respond to employees’ queries.- Provide support in processing employees’ payroll, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, and ensure vacation and sick time are tracked.
- Maintain and organize new employee orientation, training, and documentation.
- Assisting newly joined employees with their contract signing, medical and issuance of labor card and residence visa.

Requirements- Minimum 0-3 years experience in HR and Administrative functions in GCC
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
