We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions and handling administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role will require strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and an understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheets.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Ensure proper filing of all company documents and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with organizing employee events and training sessions.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Process payroll and assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in fostering a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure that all HR processes and documentation comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure that sensitive information is handled properly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administration (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive, and approachable attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the facilities management or real estate sector.
- HR certification or training is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday.
